I’ve tried various diet over the years but none of them seem to work. But after seeing the success my friends had on the keto diet, I decided to give it a shot. I have read a couple of the author’s other books and these books don’t disappoint either. Filled with easy to do tips and recipes. So far, I have made the zoodles, keto burgers, and cheesy zucchini with good results.

An excellent guide. Clearly written, easy to read and backed by science. The first book provides a good starting point for the keto diet, such as how to get started, benefits, pros and cons, and tips. The second book has a wide array of recipes and meal plans. I love that they can be made in 15 mins or less.
